Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant based in the United States to help enterprise customers understand how workforce management technology can solve operational challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. In this remote role, you will partner with Enterprise Sales to uncover needs, deliver tailored demonstrations, and articulate the value of our software.

You will guide prospects through discovery, proofs of concept, and business justification, translating technical capabilities

Qualifications

• Five+ years of presales experience with WFM software.
• Experience presenting to large global organizations (>10,000 employees).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to connect customer needs to technology solutions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise across the full product portfolio to show business value.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales through discovery, demos, RFPs, and business justification.
• Lead discovery discussions about objectives, challenges, and environments.
• Configure and maintain demonstration environments tailored to each prospect's needs.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
• Translate product capabilities into customer-specific value propositions.
• Identify risks and address implementation obstacles.
• Support competitive analysis and differentiation in sales cycles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve demonstrations.
• Travel for customer meetings and events.
