Job summary

Legion is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to configure and demonstrate Legion’s next-generation workforce management technology to prospective customers. You will pair your functional expertise with strong presentation skills to tailor demonstrations for enterprise prospects.

The role emphasizes pre-sales discovery, demo environment setup, and PoC engagements, partnering with our Enterprise Sales team to articulate business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workforce Management (WFM) software pre-sales experience.
• Experience presenting and demonstrating software to large global organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Superior organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Experience in labor operations and/or Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert for all Legion products.
• Support Enterprise Sales with discovery, demonstrations, PoC engagements, RFP responses, and business justification in presales.
• Define and present how Legion’s platform addresses the critical business and operational issues a prospect faces; understand the prospect’s business and technical environment.
• Identify potential risks/gaps and overcome obstacles with creative and adaptive approaches.
• As needed, travel to field events such as meetings and conferences.
• Participate in competitive landscape and differentiation discussions.
