Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join a leader in the Media space. This remote role partners with Enterprise Sales to drive complex workforce management solutions through the sales cycle, acting as a trusted technical and business advisor.

You will present how the platform addresses critical operational challenges and navigate competitive conversations with large global organizations. Strong presentation skills and commercial judgment are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce management (WFM) software pre-sales experience.
• Experience presenting to large global organizations with 10,000+ employees.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Superior organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in labor operations or industries such as Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the company's products.
• Support the Enterprise Sales team in discovery, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept engagements.
• Define and present how the platform addresses critical business issues.
• Identify risks and remove obstacles through creative approaches.
• Travel to field events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
• Participate in discussions about the competitive landscape and differentiation.
