Sona, the AI-native workforce management platform, is hiring a US-based Solutions Consultant to join the commercial team and champion the US market. Reporting to the Director of Solution Consulting in London, you will lead discovery and demos, tailor product demonstrations, and collaborate with Account Executives to translate workforce challenges into confident buying decisions.

This founding role requires deep WFM/HR tech knowledge, startup experience, and the ability to operate across time

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solutions Consultant or in a technical pre-sales role.
• Background in scheduling, workforce management, HR tech, payroll, or adjacent products.
• Startup or scaleup experience with a complex product.
• Strong discovery and storytelling, focusing on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and solution-led side of US sales from discovery through POC and RFPs.
• Lead product demos aligned to customer pain points and outcomes.
• Build deep expertise in the Sona platform for US prospects and customers.
• Develop US-specific sales assets, demo environments, and sector playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation for seamless handovers.
• Help shape and elevate US go-to-market capabilities.
