CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. This role owns the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation—partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years depicting excellent communication and stakeholder leadership.
• 2+ years' experience with analytical problem-solving and scalable solutions.
• 2+ years displaying a growth mindset while developing self and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers, seasonality, staffing strategies, and pain points.
• Drive fit-gap analysis across vendor options and current-state tools with clear rationale.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to produce reliable plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and governance to support business realities and compliance.
• Establish guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and transparency in total validation.
• Partner with engineering to translate designs into configuration, extensions, and reporting.
• Own functional delivery, including configuration and customizations.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
