Zusammenfassung

Coinbase is seeking a senior Workforce Management leader to guide AI-informed capacity planning and regulatory-ready operations across Compliance and new product launches. You will translate complex workforce dynamics into executive-ready narratives and partner across Ops, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in senior WFM or related fields, strong stakeholder leadership, and experience with AI and modern BI tools.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in senior Workforce Management or related roles in regulated/fintech
Executive-level stakeholder leadership across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Ops
Crystal, decision-ready narratives for senior leadership
Experience in capacity planning, forecasting, scenario modelling
AI-informed workforce model experience and planning capacity with AI agents
Experience with modern WFM platforms and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex)

Aufgaben

Lead AI-informed capacity planning across Compliance and product launches
Serve as senior WFM voice to executives, delivering clear narratives
Build cross-functional partnerships to align workforce priorities
Develop cost models and OpEx forecasts incorporating AI productivity gains
Identify opportunities, build business cases, secure cross-functional buy-in
Lead execution of strategic plans with visibility of risks to leadership
Create multi-scenario staffing plans balancing cost, CX, and AI leverage
Extend WFM expertise to adjacent teams as a center of excellence
Brief senior leadership on WFM performance and risk
