Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior Workforce Management or strategic planning in financial services or fintech.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and influence decisions across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Ops, and CX leadership.
• Executive-level communication translating workforce dynamics and regulatory risk into clear narratives.
• Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling in complex back-office settings, including AI-driven productivity.
• Experience shaping AI-informed workforce models with AI agents contributing to output.
• Proven track record of operational excellence in regulated environments under regulatory scrutiny.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Flexibility in a fast-growth organization with evolving regulatory conditions.
• Experience with modern WFM platforms (Assembled) and BI tools (Looker, Hex).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning and hybrid staffing models across Compliance and new product launches.
• Serve as senior WFM voice to executive leadership, delivering clear narratives on forecast risk and capacity tradeoffs.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align workforce priorities and regulatory planning.
• Develop and manage OpEx cost models and forecasts for Compliance Operations, including AI gains.
• Identify opportunities, build business cases, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Lead execution of plans to meet operational and regulatory targets with visible tradeoffs.
• Create multi-scenario staffing plans balancing CX, employee experience, cost, and AI leverage.
• Extend WFM expertise to Risk, Programs, and P&E as a center of excellence.
• Periodically brief senior leadership on WFM performance and strategic direction.
