Job summary

Coinbase seeks a senior WFM leader to guide AI-informed capacity planning, forecasting, and regulatory readiness across Compliance and new product launches in a remote-first fintech environment.

You will distill complex workforce dynamics into clear, executive-ready narratives, build cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, and Ops, and steer capacity planning where AI agents contribute to output.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in senior Workforce Management, Operations, or Strategic Workforce Planning roles in regulated fintech.
• Demonstrated stakeholder leadership across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Ops, and CX leadership.
• Executive-level communication skills for senior leadership without hand-holding.
• Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling in back-office environments with AI considerations.
• Experience operating in AI-informed workforce models.
• Operational excellence in regulated environments under regulatory scrutiny.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Adaptable to a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with modern WFM platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning across Compliance and new product launches.
• Present forecast risk and capacity tradeoffs to CX, Finance, and Compliance leadership.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align workforce priorities.
• Develop cost models and OpEx forecasts for Compliance Operations.
• Identify opportunities and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Execute strategic plans to meet operational and regulatory targets.
• Create multi-scenario staffing plans balancing SLAs, cost, and AI leverage.
• Extend WFM expertise to Risk, Programs, and P&E as a center of excellence.
• Brief senior leadership on WFM performance and regulatory readiness.
