Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a senior WFM leader to steer AI-informed capacity planning and regulatory-aligned workforce strategy across Compliance and new product launches.

You will translate complex workforce dynamics into executive narratives and build cross-functional partnerships with Ops, Finance, Legal, and Compliance. You’ll develop cost models, scenario planning, and multi-path staffing plans to balance customer experience, risk, and AI-automation gains while guiding leadership decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior Workforce Management or related roles in financial services or fintech.
• Demonstrated stakeholder leadership across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Ops, and CX.
• Executive-level communication to present risk and capacity tradeoffs to leaders.
• Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Experience with AI-informed workforce models and AI/automation productivity assumptions.
• Proven ability to operate in regulated environments with compliance scrutiny.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth organization with evolving regulations.
• Experience with modern WFM platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning across Compliance and new product launches.
• Present forecast risk and capacity tradeoffs to CX, Finance, and Compliance leadership.
• Build partnerships with Ops, Finance, Product, Legal, and Compliance.
• Develop and manage cost models and OpEx forecasts for Compliance Operations.
• Drive data-driven recommendations and secure cross-functional buy-in.
• Brief senior leadership on WFM performance and regulatory readiness.
• Model multi-scenario staffing plans balancing CX, Employee Experience, and AI leverage.
• Extend WFM expertise to Risk, Programs, and P&E as a center of excellence.
• Lead execution of strategic and tactical plans to meet targets.
