You will translate complex workforce dynamics into clear narratives for senior leadership, partnering across Ops, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to shape AI-driven workforce strategy. This role sits at the crossroads of strategy, risk, and operational excellence in a fast-growing fintech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior Workforce Management, Operations, or Strategic Workforce Planning, with regulated/fintech exposure.
• Executive-level communication skills: distill complex workforce dynamics for senior leadership.
• Experience designing capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling in complex back-office environments.
• Experience operating in an AI-informed workforce model, including planning with AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning, incorporating hybrid human-AI staffing models into workforce strategy across Compliance lines of business and new product launches.
• Serve as the senior WFM voice with executive leadership, translating forecast risk and capacity tradeoffs into clear narratives for CX, Finance, and Compliance leadership.
• Build trusted partnerships across Ops, Finance, Product, Legal, and Compliance to align workforce priorities, regulatory planning, and resourcing tradeoffs.
• Develop and manage cost models and OpEx forecasts for Compliance Operations, including AI/automation-driven productivity gains.
• Identify opportunities, build business cases, secure cross-functional buy-in, and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
• Lead execution of strategic and tactical plans to meet regulatory and operational targets with clear tradeoffs for leadership.
