Job summary

Meadow Lane Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee day-to-day care staff in our assisted living and memory care programs. You will ensure residents receive personalized assistance and coordinate staff activities to maintain high care standards.

The role requires leadership experience, CNA credentials or equivalent, and strong communication. Occasional weekends and on-call duties are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Supervises care staff in assisted living and memory care.
• Experience with the elderly population preferred.
• Leadership and scheduling capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to care staff and participate in hiring/disciplinary actions.
• Make daily rounds to ensure care staff meet standards and job sheets.
• Verify staff hours, manage schedules and coverage within budget.
• Conduct safety and infection control checks and document results.
• Coordinate training and orientation for new staff and ensure Relias training completion.
• Respond to emergency calls and participate in weekend/on-call duties.
