Leisure Living Senior Communities is seeking a compassionate Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations of care staff in our assisted living and memory care communities. The role emphasizes ensuring residents receive personalized care and support, with opportunities to coach staff and improve program quality.

The position requires leadership experience, healthcare familiarity, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, geriatrics or with elderly population preferred.
• 2 years leadership experience.
• CNA, LPN or RN with at least 2 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise care staff in assisted living and memory care.
• Ensure residents receive care and personalized assistance.
• Coordinate monthly staff schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor staff hours and attendance; maintain records.
• Perform daily/monthly safety and infection control checks.
• Provide coaching and training to care staff as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and be available for on-call weekends.
