StoryPoint Shelby Township is seeking a compassionate Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day care staff in assisted living and memory care, ensuring residents receive personalized care and attention. The role emphasizes leadership, staff coaching, and maintaining quality standards.

You will supervise rounds, monitor schedules, and participate in community functions while supporting a positive work environment and adherence to 1440 care standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare, geriatrics or elderly care preferred.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• CNA/LPN/RN with 2+ years of related experience or training.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff daily to ensure residents receive care and assistance.
• Lead rounds to verify staff performance and adherence to care standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, coverage, and timekeeping within budget.
• Conduct safety and infection control checks; report issues.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new staff and ongoing Relias training.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
• Support community engagement and family interactions as needed.
