Job summary

Riley's Grove Assisted Living and Memory Care, part of StoryPoint Group, is seeking a compassionate Wellness Team Supervisor to lead care staff in our assisted living and memory care community. This role ensures residents receive individualized care and assistance with a focus on safety and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in leadership within healthcare or geriatrics, and hold a CNA/LPN/RN credential or equivalent. Weekend/on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with elderly population preferred (Geriatrics).
• 2 years Leadership Experience.
• CNA/LPN/RN with 2+ years of related experience or training.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff to ensure residents receive care and personalized assistance.
• Oversee attendance, schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance within budget.
• Coordinate monthly staff schedules and on-call coverage for the community.
• Perform daily and monthly safety and infection control checks.
• Train care staff and coordinate Relias training as required.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in community events.
• Work weekends and/or on-call as necessary.
