Meadow View Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to lead the Wellness team and actively contribute to resident wellness. You will supervise staff, provide direct care when needed, and support adherence to community policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Current license/certification as required by state regulatory bodies.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in health care environment strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Wellness staff and coordinate care to promote resident wellness.
• Provide direct care as needed to residents and ensure safety and quality care.
• Support Wellness Director in enforcing community policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to staff development through recruitment, training and ongoing coaching of staff.
