Job summary

Riley's Grove Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee daily care staff in assisted living and memory care, ensuring residents receive compassionate and personalized support.

The role focuses on supervising care teams, coordinating staffing, and maintaining high standards of safety and care while supporting family communications and community activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years Leadership Experience.
• CNA/LPN/RN with at least 2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of care staff in assisted living and memory care.
• Promote a positive work environment and coach care staff.
• Ensure residents receive care and personalized assistance.
• Monitor staff hours and schedules; verify timekeeping.
• Conduct rounds to ensure tasks align with care standards and regulations.
• Coordinate staff training and onboarding; participate in hiring, disciplinary processes.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call duties as needed.
• Support continual improvement of the overall organization and participate in community functions.
