Job summary

StoryPoint Macomb is seeking a compassionate Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee day-to-day supervision of care staff in assisted living and memory care, ensuring residents receive individualized assistance.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and maintaining policy standards to support a positive, collaborative team environment. On-site work with weekend/on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years leadership experience.
• CNA, LPN or RN with at least 2 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff in assisted living and memory care.
• Ensure residents receive care and personalized assistance.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet community needs and budget.
• Verify care staff hours and maintain scheduling records.
• Provide coaching and support to care staff; participate in hiring, firing and discipline.
• Respond to emergencies and be available for on-call weekends.
