Responsibilities

• Shape Wellness Product Strategy: develop recommendations influencing portfolio investments, roadmap priorities and growth strategy.
• Drive Cross-Functional Product Development & Execution: partner across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance and Product to accelerate development.
• Lead Market & Customer Insight Integration: monitor wellness market dynamics and gather voice-of-customer feedback to inform priorities.
• Support Market Positioning & Field Enablement: define wellness value propositions and support messaging and field guidance.
