YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a Wellness Coach Level III to build personalized member relationships and support signature wellness programs. You will ensure high-quality service, safety, and adherence to policies while coordinating with the Wellness Director.

The role requires active certifications in personal training, ongoing training, and strong customer service, with a commitment to managing a steady caseload and multiple shifts per week.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must hold and maintain a current National Personal Training certification.
• Must obtain/maintain access to YMCA platforms (Y Exchange, YLINK, Workday).
• Must obtain YMCA/ACE online certification within 60 days of hire.
• Pre-employment background check and legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Available to work at least two, four-hour shifts per week.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out daily program tasks related to wellness center scope.
• Monitor wellness center floor and assist members; enforce policies.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs; follow safety guidelines.
• Promote and evaluate wellness programs for high quality service.
• Complete required trainings within set timelines; maintain certifications.
