Job summary

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a part-time Wellness Coach Level III at Wade Walker Family YMCA in Georgia. The role focuses on building personalized relationships, monitoring the wellness floor, and promoting safe, high-quality wellness programs aligned with YMCA standards.

Candidates must hold a current National Personal Training certification and possess strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current National Personal Training certification from one of the listed bodies.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wellness center floor and assist members while enforcing policies.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs.
• Complete required trainings within 60 days of hire.
• Help develop and sustain high-quality wellness programs and activities.
• Maintain incident/accident paperwork and report as needed.
• Manage personal training load per hours worked and support program operations.
