Responsibilities

• Evaluates welding processes, equipment, and consumables for project needs.

• Develops and maintains welding quality control plans and inspection criteria.
• Collaborates with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize weldability and manufacturability.
• Researches and implements new welding technologies and automation solutions.
