Qualifications

• Expertise with welding processes (GMAW/GTAW/SMAW/SAW) and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize welding procedures for various manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for welding defects and implement corrective actions.
• Specify and procure welding equipment, consumables, and automation solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to welding technicians and manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and customer specifications.
• Evaluate new welding technologies and materials for potential application.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure weldability of new products.
