Job description

Lead daily scale house operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate customer transactions and product delivery.

Coordinate sales yard activities to support exceptional customer service and smooth material loading operations.

Verify tickets, invoices, orders, and inventory transactions while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to weighing and product sales.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, transaction accuracy, and the overall customer experience.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead scale house or sales yard operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing transactions, documentation, and inventory records.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency with computerized scale systems, point-of-sale platforms, and business software applications.
• Primarily works in a scale house and sales yard environment supporting aggregates sales and customer loadout activities.
• Regular interaction with customers, truck drivers, contractors, and site personnel.
• May be required to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours based on business needs.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving mobile equipment, dust, and noise while adhering to established safety practices.
