Job summary

What Are We Looking For

• Previous Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of yard, shipping, material-handling, labor, or industrial operations.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize work, respond to changing operational needs, and make sound decisions.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and dependable customer service.
• This role is primarily performed in an outdoor industrial environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
• Regular interaction with employees, drivers, contractors, mobile equipment, and plant operations is required.
• The role requires the ability to safely move throughout the yard, access work areas, and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Work schedules may vary based on operational needs and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
