Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a Lead - Loadout Operations to supervise daily loadout activities in an industrial aggregates and cement environment. You will drive safe, efficient delivery and coordinate truck and rail activities to meet customer orders.

The role requires strong leadership, a safety focus, and the ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements. You will work with drivers, contractors, and customers, with PPE in designated areas.

Lead daily loadout operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery.

Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve operational, safety, and customer service objectives.

Monitor loadout processes, equipment performance, and inventory movement to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadout activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment.

Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

What Are We Looking For

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial, manufacturing, aggregates, cement, logistics, or related operational environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across multiple functions.

Demonstrated problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to utilize operational systems, analyze performance data, and drive process improvements.

Work is performed primarily in an industrial aggregates and cement loadout environment with exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions.

Frequent interaction with employees, contractors, rail service providers, truck drivers, and customers.

May require occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call support based on business needs.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.
