Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a reliable Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy equipment, move and load aggregates, and perform routine inspections on site. You will collaborate with a team to meet production goals, monitor material quality, and report issues promptly, while adapting to changing tasks.

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move and load aggregates
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Monitor material quality and report issues promptly

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
