Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a yard loader operator to move and load aggregate materials with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The role requires performing pre-operation checks, maintaining clean work areas, and following all procedures while collaborating with the team to meet production goals.

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial or aggregate environment.

Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members, customers, and supervisors.

Mechanical aptitude with the capability to inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs.

Reliable, self-motivated individual with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
