Allstate is seeking a Direct Web Analytics Senior Consultant to manage data, deliver insights, and support business strategy in the Direct-to-Consumer space. You will translate Adobe Analytics and sales data into actionable recommendations and craft scalable analytics and reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards, enabling stakeholders to monitor performance and drive optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data and analytics experience; web analytics experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

Responsabilités

• Translate complex Adobe Analytics and enterprise sales data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Analyze the end-to-end digital shopping and conversion funnel to identify drivers and friction points.
• Develop and maintain scalable analytics and reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards.
• Partner with business and product teams to define measurement approaches and optimization recommendations.
• Measure impact of projects against KPIs and communicate insights to management.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Technology/IT, Finance and stakeholders to align analytics with priorities.
