Job summary

Allstate is seeking a data & analytics professional to translate complex analytics into actionable insights. You will analyze the end-to-end digital funnel, identify drivers of performance, and develop scalable analytics and Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.

Collaborate with Product, IT, Finance and other teams to define measurement approaches, test hypotheses, and evaluate changes. You will communicate findings to management and drive data-informed optimization of the digital shopping

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data and analytics experience; web analytics experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in SQL; experience in Python and R.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics; Power BI dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex Adobe Analytics and enterprise sales data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Analyze the end-to-end digital shopping and conversion funnel to identify drivers, friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain scalable analytics and reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards, for monitoring performance and trends.
• Partner with product and IT teams to define measurement approaches and evaluate changes to the digital shopping experience.
• Measure impact of projects and initiatives against KPIs, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology/IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to align analytics with business priorities.
• Serve as an analytics thought partner, proactively identifying opportunities and driving data-informed strategy.
