Job summary

Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a highly skilled Analytics & Insights consultant to join the customer success team. You will analyze performance, translate data into actionable recommendations, and work with sales, product, and partners to unlock business opportunities.

You will develop expertise in Amazon metrics, communicate complex data clearly, and influence decisions across internal teams and advertisers while building senior-level relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or experience translating technical analysis into insights for advertisers and stakeholders.
• Experience in advanced SQL and writing complex queries from scratch across multiple tables.
• 5+ years in digital advertising and client-facing data analysis roles.
• 5+ years in marketing/brand advertising or online advertising with senior advertiser/stakeholder exposure.
• Experience conducting sophisticated data analyses and translating results into deliverables and messages.
• Experience with statistics and languages such as R, Python, Ruby, etc.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights for some of the world’s largest advertisers to drive their businesses forward.
• Be an analytical consultant for advertisers, providing insights for upfront strategy discussions.
• Advance relationships with senior marketing decision makers and become a go-to expert in analytics.
• Develop expertise in Amazon’s proprietary metrics and evolve data-driven insights communication.
• Drive data availability and ease of use for internal and external partners; conduct analyses on untapped datasets.
• Write documents with recommendations that influence collaboration with Account Management, Sales or Product.
