Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead and manage complex water/wastewater and heavy civil projects. You will drive safety, cost control, scheduling, and quality across multiple sites while coordinating with Subcontractors and self-perform teams.

You will mentor field teams, enforce policies, manage project documentation, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Travel and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in water/wastewater, heavy civil or industrial projects preferred.
• Extensive experience with underground and process pipe installation.
• Experience with concrete.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented.
• Willing to travel.
• Proficiency with Primavera 6 CPM scheduling, Procore and/or Blue Beam is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Valid driver license for frequent travel.
• Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
• Full understanding of construction math concepts

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace by partnering with Safety.
• Control job progress by managing Subcontractors and self-perform work.
• Control project costs via weekly labor, material, and equipment evaluations.
• Oversee field productivity, scheduling, and budgets.
• Coordinate with field and project management to address cost and schedule concerns.
• Participate in job start and job close meetings.
• Communicate with Project Management to troubleshoot challenges and update status.
• Enforce company policies with field personnel and Subcontractors.
• Provide leadership and promote a positive attitude on site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
