Job summary

Ferrovial's Webber division seeks a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on highway and bridge projects in the United States. You will supervise Zone Superintendents, ensure contract compliance, manage schedules, safety, and budgets, and coordinate with the Project Manager to implement service plans that meet client needs.

The role emphasizes technical oversight, leadership of field teams, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of skilled trade/engineering experience in roadway, structure, and bridge construction.
• At least 1 year of leadership and people management.
• Strong knowledge of contract requirements and DOT/EEO guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zone Superintendents to complete pavement, signs, guardrails, bridges, and other contract requirements.
• Direct and advise Zone Supers on approach and subcontractor selection.
• Monitor performance, analyze operations, and prepare reports for management.
• Act as technical advisor to Zone Supers and subcontractors.
• Review work schedules against budgets and timelines.
• Inspect in-progress work for contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on service plans.
• Ensure reporting, timesheets, budgeting, and MMIS data accuracy.
