Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on heavy civil projects in the United States. You will coordinate zone superintendents, manage schedules, safety, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of skilled trade/engineering experience in roadway, structure, and bridge construction.
• 1 year minimum leading and managing people.
• Ability to interpret contracts and guide scheduling.
• Knowledge of state/federal safety, environment, and EEO/DBE guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zone Superintendents to ensure completion of condition assessments (pavements, signs, guardrails, bridges, etc.).
• Direct and advise Zone Superintendents.
• Determine best approach for bringing assets into contract compliance.
• Source and qualify new subcontractors.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports for management.
