Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead complex heavy civil projects, including water and wastewater facilities. The role focuses on safety, cost control, and schedule adherence while coordinating with subcontractors and self-perform teams.

You will manage progress, costs, and quality, driving productivity and ensuring strong client and team relationships. Travel to project sites is expected as needed, with a commitment to professional growth and operational excellence.

Formación

• 10-15 years of experience in water/wastewater, heavy civil or industrial projects preferred.
• Extensive experience with underground and process pipe installation.
• Experience with concrete.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented.
• Willing to travel.
• Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe workplace by partnering with Safety departments and project teams.
• Control job progress by managing Subcontractors and Self-Perform work with proper documentation.
• Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs weekly to control project costs.
• Oversee field productivity, cost control, quality control, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with field and project management to address cost and schedule concerns.
• Participate in job start and close meetings.
• Communicate with Project Management to troubleshoot challenges and update status.
• Enforce company policies with field personnel and Subcontractors.
• Provide leadership and foster a cooperative, positive work environment.
• Act professionally at all times.
• Handle other unlisted duties as needed.
