Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater construction initiatives in the US. You will oversee safety, budget, schedule and quality across multi-million dollar projects, guiding teams and coordinating with subcontractors.

The role requires 5–10 years of field experience, strong cost control, and proficient use of Primavera P6 and MS Office; a valid driver license and English fluency are essential.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in Water / Wastewater construction
• Significant field construction knowledge with cost control proficiency
• Be able to communicate in English; valid driver license for frequent travel

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs.
• Plan and schedule projects and manage costs; track progress and forecast outcomes.
• Negotiate subcontractor buys and develop subcontracts; manage documentation.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure safety and quality on every job.
• Capable of managing projects $20–$50 million in size.
• Provide leadership, build relationships and train less experienced personnel.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English; travel as needed.
• Apply strong construction knowledge and scheduling skills (Primavera P6) to water/wastewater projects.
