Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on major infrastructure projects in the United States. You will oversee zone superintendents, coordinate schedules and subcontractors, and ensure contract requirements are met with safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of skilled-trade or engineering experience, strong leadership, knowledge of roadway, bridge construction, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of skilled trade/engineering experience including roadway, structure, and bridge construction methods.
• Minimum 1 year of successfully leading and managing people.
• Knowledge of contract requirements and project programs (MRP).
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and EEO/DBE guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zone Superintendents to ensure completion of contract requirements.
• Direct and advise Zone Superintendents and Subcontractors.
• Determine best approach for self-performance vs. subcontracting.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and reporting with Project Manager.
