You will work with a PM and Area Manager to meet client needs and manage bid processes, subcontracts, and project documentation.

The role requires a BS in a related engineering field, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Primavera and MS Office, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P3/P6.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to apply construction math concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, direction, and financial outcomes of waterworks projects from budget to closeout.
• Estimate budgets, value engineer, and develop project budgets with PM support.
• Facilitate subcontractor bids and manage subcontracts.
• Plan, schedule, and track project documentation and costs.
• Lead teams, communicate effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
