Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota.
- Minimum 10 years in water / wastewater and stormwater; multi-disciplined project leadership.
- Experience mentoring staff and leading business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager.
- Manage planning, design, and construction administration ensuring contract, code, and Arcadis standards compliance.
- Communicate with clients, set goals, and coordinate resources for on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Lead marketing and proposals, develop scopes of work and budgets, grow client relationships.
