Job summary

Arcadis in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Principal Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead and deliver water, wastewater and stormwater projects for clients. This hands-on role requires a Minnesota PE and 10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on client relationships and business development.

You will supervise teams, supervise QA/QC, and help grow the local Arcadis practice through proposals and senior client engagement.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required; PE license in Minnesota.
• 10+ years in water/wastewater and stormwater, with project management experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing PM.
• Manage project planning, design, construction administration, and QA/QC oversight.
• Mentor junior staff and grow client relationships with target clients.
• Lead proposals, define scopes of work and budgets for projects.
