• Project management of mid-to-large municipal water/wastewater/stormwater projects.
• PE license in IN; ability to obtain IL/OH/KY licenses.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager.
• Coordinate planning, design, and construction administration to meet contracts, drawings, specs, codes, and safety practices.
• Supervise staff, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with clients to grow relationships.
• Lead marketing and proposal activities, developing scopes of work and budgets for projects.
