Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager with extensive experience to join our Water Business Line in Indianapolis, IN. This role combines client management with hands‑on project leadership across water, wastewater, and stormwater initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in water/wastewater, a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, and a PE license in IN with the ability to obtain IL, OH, and KY licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of water/wastewater and stormwater experience.
• Project management experience including at least 10 years managing mid to large sized municipal projects.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field of study.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in IN; ability to obtain license in IL, OH, and KY.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager.
• Direct project teams, manage staff, and participate in business development activities.
• Provide technical leadership as design lead, QA/QC reviewer, or advisor; mentor junior staff.
