Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN with at least 15 years of experience to lead client-facing water, wastewater and stormwater projects. This hands-on role expects you to manage projects, staff and business development activities while delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, oversee design and construction administration, coordinate with clients, and help grow Arcadis’ local relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of water/wastewater and stormwater experience.
• PM experience with at least 10 years leading mid to large municipal projects.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in IN; ability to obtain licenses in IL, OH, and KY.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager.
• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client communication to deliver on time and within scope.
• Provide technical leadership, QA/QC, and design oversight across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Grow client relationships and lead business development and proposal efforts.
