Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Water / Wastewater Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our Water Business Line in Minneapolis, MN. This is a hands-on, client-facing role to lead and direct the development of water, wastewater and stormwater projects.

You will manage scope, schedule and budgets, mentor staff, and pursue new business with local clients, including proposal development. A Minnesota PE license and proven municipal project leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Minnesota.
• Minimum 10 years of water / wastewater and stormwater experience with project management.
• Experience leading municipal water, wastewater or stormwater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager.
• Direct planning, design, and construction administration to meet contracts, drawings, specs, codes, rules.
• Mentor junior staff and support client relationship growth.
• Lead proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
