Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN, with a minimum of 15 years of experience. The role is a client-facing position leading water, wastewater, and stormwater projects with hands-on project delivery and staff leadership.

Ideal candidates will have a PE license in IN and the ability to obtain IL, OH, and KY licenses. This opportunity includes marketing, proposals, and business development responsibilities within a leading global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of water/wastewater and stormwater experience.
• Project management experience for mid to large municipal water/wastewater/stormwater projects.
• PE license in IN; ability to obtain in IL/OH/KY.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager.
• Direct design, procurement, and construction administration activities.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development activities.
• Possibly embed with a local client office as needed.
