Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Principal Water/Wastewater Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience to lead and direct the development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager.

This hands-on role includes leading teams, managing staff, and supporting business development, with opportunities to embed with local clients and grow relationships within Arcadis's Water Business Line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Leading and directing development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager.
• Embedding with local client's office as needed and leading project teams.
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting business development activities.
• Developing scopes of work and budgets for projects and pursuing client relationships.
