Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering required.
• PE registration in Utah or ability to obtain license.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Project management experience including proposals, scopes, budgets, and execution.
• Strong staff mentorship and performance management.
• Experience with strategic planning, client development, and operational oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff on water/wastewater infrastructure projects from planning to construction.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, technical quality, and team workload to drive operational excellence.
• Strengthen client relationships and expand workload through value-driven engineering solutions.
• Mentor staff to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, proposals, and client presentations, supporting regional growth.
• Collaborate with division leadership on strategic planning and client relationship management across the western U.S.
• Contribute to talent development and long-term organizational sustainability.
