Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Utah or ability to obtain.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience required.
• Experience with project proposals, scopes, budgets, and execution of projects.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and workload to drive operational excellence.
