Apex Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead engineers on water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the western U.S. You will drive project schedules, budgets, and technical quality while mentoring staff and expanding client relationships.

This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, medical/dental/vision benefits, generous PTO, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus. PE licensed in Utah is preferred, with 10+ years of experience and PE registration.

Formación

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Utah (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering.
• Experience in developing proposals, scopes, budgets, and project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of engineers on Water/Wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, technical quality, and workload to drive operational excellence.
• Strengthen client relationships and grow workload through responsive, value-driven engineering solutions.
• Mentor staff to foster a high-performing culture with focus on quality and accountability.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, proposals, and client presentations to support regional growth.
