Stantec is seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to lead cross-disciplinary teams on water projects and drive client value. You will mentor staff, manage scope and budgets, and collaborate with multiple business lines across NC and SC. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of related project management experience in water projects, with at least 10 years in NC.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in NC.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide teams and offices.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and other offices.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of design professionals and technicians.
• Mentor staff and build high‑performing project teams.
• Develop proposals and support business development to win projects.
• Manage scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
• Present to clients and regulatory agencies; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and design/construction oversight.
• Coordinate with multiple lines of business on opportunities.
