Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of project management experience in water/wastewater.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or able to obtain within 6 months.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of design professionals and technicians.
• Develop proposals and pursue long-term client relationships.
• Manage scope, budget, staffing and schedules for projects.
• Oversee design and construction of water/wastewater facilities.
• Coordinate with regulators and other stakeholders.
